I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were gorgeously decorated with red petals and birthday cakes, offering a stunning view of the Nile river, and were extremely spacious and peaceful without any outside noise. The service was top-notch, and the staff really made me feel pampered and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The location, although a bit dark in certain areas, was superbly central and right in front of the Nile, providing a fantastic view. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide array of freshly made delicacies during breakfast. The facilities were impeccable, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel offers super comfortable rooms but needs to improve cleanliness. The service is outstanding, especially with friendly and professional staff like Nouran at the restaurant. The location is very convenient, close to everything, although some signage issues exist. The dining experience is excellent, with great choices and freshly made dishes. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel is centrally located in ST. Regis Cairo, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were serviced around the clock and overall clean, but unfortunately, the thin walls made it noisy with disturbances from other guests at night and early in the morning.

The hotel offers lovely rooms with great views, a luxurious and quiet stay not to be taken for granted in the Middle East. I had a special thank you to our housekeeper Ibrahim, who was always attentive and made us feel so welcome. However, the location lacked cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, with confusing signage issues. The dining experience was excellent with stunning views of the Nile but the restaurant had gluten-free misinformation.
